Hunter Cole is a Partner with Stratos Wealth Partners, and serves as a Wealth Management Advisor in the Greater New Orleans area. He has worked primarily with retirees, executives, professionals, and business owners since 2007.
Prior to joining Stratos, Hunter graduated from Louisiana State University in 2004 and subsequently started as a relationship banker with Hibernia National Bank, before moving into wealth management in 2006. He was a financial advisor with Hibernia Investment Securities, which was later acquired by Capital One Investing. Hunter served as Vice President and Financial Advisor with Capital One Investing in the Mid-City area of New Orleans.
Hunter’s approach in working with his clients is to focus on four stages of their financial life; growth, preservation, distribution in a tax efficient way, and wealth transfer upon death. Hunter prides himself on understanding his clients and relating to them on more levels than just their financial affairs.
Hunter currently holds his FINRA Series, 7 and 66 registrations as well as his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation. He also carries his Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Annuity licenses. Hunter grew up in Mid-City New Orleans and graduated from Jesuit High School before attending Louisiana State University, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. He lives in Metairie, LA with his wife, Christine, and their three boys. Along with his family Hunter has a love for running, the outdoors, the Saints, and LSU football.
